North Sydney / Aqua Restaurant

www.aquadining.com.au

Aqua Restaurant is not a big restaurant, but the space between tables are comfortable. With the astonishing view of the Harbour Bridge right next to it, I think that's the reason why the restaurant keeps the interior simple.

The cuisine is a big thumbs up, with the ingredients fresh, flavours matching, and the courses nicely presented. Diners are served with well trained staff. All of this makes it an enjoyable dining experience.

Grilled King Prawn - mouthful of freshness and sweetness

Char-grilled octopus

Chickpea crepe with creamy, cheesy filling

Moreton Bay bugs spaghetti

Beef steak with potato and fennel puree
(I tasted a chocolate flavour from the potatoes, it all going well with the steak)

Slow cooked beef cheek with creamy celeriac puree

Tiramisu

Quince Tart
